Sweet and Spicy Stir-Fry Sauce

 ½ tsp sambal oelek or more if you like spicy
 2 inches of fresh ginger, peeled and slice into chunks
 6 cloves of garlic
 4 tbsp toasted sesame oil
 ½ cup agave
 ¼ cup molasses
 1 cup brown sugar
 1 cup soy sauce
 1 tbsp onion powder

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend on high until all chunks of garlic and ginger have been blended.

Suggested use: After stir frying vegetables, add desired amount of sauce to the stir fry. Stir fry for an additional 15 seconds.

Store in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
