Strawberry Hibiscus Cooler

 Half a blender of frozen strawberries
 1 can of coconut milk
 Juice from 1 lime
 ½ gallon pitcher of hibiscus tea brewed with 3 tea bags then cooled completely
 Sweetener to taste (stevia, maple syrup, agave, date syrup)

Brew tea: Pour boiling water over 3 hibiscus tea bags. Let it sit until it cools to room temperature then refrigerate until cold. I usually do this the night before.

Add berries, coconut milk and lime juice to a blender. Add tea to the blender until the berries are covered with liquid. Blend until smooth.

While blending add additional hibiscus tea and sweetener until you’ve reached your preferred consistency and sweetness. This drink should be thinner than a milkshake.
