Flax seeds, chia seeds, cinnamon and cocoa are all antioxidant superstars making this chocolate shake great at breakfast or for dessert. Choose your favorite cocoa powder and a strong cinnamon extract since they are the star flavors.

½ a blender of ice
3 -4 ripe bananas
¼ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup ground flax seeds
¼ cup chia seeds
1 ½ tsp cinnamon extract or 1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 can of coconut milk
¼ cup date paste or 6 dates soaked in hot water for 15 minutes

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.

Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until very smooth.

Top with whipped coconut cream, if desired.
