Chili Lime Macadamia Cream
Yields16 Servings
 ½ cup fresh squeezed lime juice (about 3 limes)
 ¼ cup maple syrup
 1 tbsp chili powder
 1 cup macadamias

Cover macadamias with boiling water and let sit for 1 hour.

Drain macadamias and add to a food processor along with remaining ingredients.

Process at high speed until smooth.

Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
